What you share
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, phone number, optional email address, chosen project, message, contact intent, source page, and acknowledgement timestamp. This helps the advisory team respond to your request and manage follow-ups.
How it is used
Your enquiry is available to the signed-in business owner through the admin panel. If configured, a notification is sent to the business inbox. Private notes and follow-up dates may be added by the advisor. We do not request payment information or identity documents on this site.
Browser storage and sessions
Saved project IDs and comparison selections stay in your browser’s local storage. Clear your saved places, clear the comparison, or remove browser data to delete them. Shared comparison links contain public project IDs, not your enquiry or contact details. Essential session cookies protect forms and admin sign-in. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics in this demo.
Installed apps and offline storage
You can install the public site and Owner workspace separately. A service worker stores public app icons, styling, scripts and an offline connection page on your device. Project pages, admin pages, enquiries, uploaded files and form submissions are not cached by the app. No offline submissions are queued. Removing the app may not clear browser storage; use your browser’s site-data controls to remove stored assets and saved choices.
Contact links
WhatsApp, phone, map, and email links open external apps or websites. Their providers handle information under their own policies. Opening a link is not confirmation that a message was sent.
Retention and requests
Enquiries remain in the database until the owner removes them through an authorized maintenance process. Contact the business through the website enquiry form for access, correction, or deletion requests. In this local demo the workspace owner controls the data; the displayed .example email is illustrative.
Demo context
This is a fictional demonstration business. Before a public business launch, replace demo contact details, set an appropriate retention policy, and adapt this notice to the actual operation.
